These terms apply to the Expiry mobile app and the expiries.io website. By using the app you agree to them.
The service
Expiry is a personal organiser that helps you record expiry and renewal dates and reminds you about them. It is provided "as is" and "as available".
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter and for meeting your own deadlines. Reminders depend on your device settings (notifications, battery optimisation, date and time) and may be delayed or blocked by the operating system. Expiry is a helper, not a guarantee: always check official deadlines with the relevant institution.
Your data
Your items are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups; if you uninstall the app or lose your device without an exported backup, your data cannot be recovered by us. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Ads and ad-free plans
The free version displays ads. Ad-free plans (3 months or 1 year) are one-time purchases made through the App Store or Google Play; they do not renew automatically and remove ads for the stated period. Payments, refunds and cancellations are handled under the rules of Apple or Google. Prices are shown in the store before purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
The Expiry name, logo, design and software are protected. Using the app does not give you any rights to them other than to use the app for personal purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed deadlines, fines, fees or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Hizmet
Expiry, son kullanma ve yenileme tarihlerini kaydetmene ve bunlar için hatırlatma almana yardımcı olan kişisel bir düzenleyicidir. "Olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekliyle" sunulur.
Senin sorumluluğun
Girdiğin bilgilerden ve kendi son tarihlerine uymaktan sen sorumlusun. Hatırlatmalar cihaz ayarlarına (bildirimler, pil optimizasyonu, tarih ve saat) bağlıdır ve işletim sistemi tarafından geciktirilebilir veya engellenebilir. Expiry bir yardımcıdır, garanti değildir: resmi son tarihleri her zaman ilgili kurumdan teyit et.
Verilerin
Kayıtların cihazında yerel olarak saklanır. Yedek almak senin sorumluluğundadır; dışa aktarılmış bir yedek olmadan uygulamayı kaldırır veya cihazını kaybedersen verilerin tarafımızca kurtarılamaz. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası'na bak.
Reklamlar ve reklamsız planlar
Ücretsiz sürüm reklam gösterir. Reklamsız planlar (3 ay veya 1 yıl), App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılan tek seferlik satın alımlardır; otomatik yenilenmez ve belirtilen süre boyunca reklamları kaldırır. Ödeme, iade ve iptaller Apple veya Google kurallarına göre yürütülür. Fiyatlar satın almadan önce mağazada gösterilir.
Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı kötüye kullanma, yasaların izin verdiği ölçünün ötesinde tersine mühendislik yapmaya çalışma veya hukuka aykırı amaçlarla kullanma.
Fikri mülkiyet
Expiry adı, logosu, tasarımı ve yazılımı korunmaktadır. Uygulamayı kullanmak, kişisel amaçla kullanım dışında bunlar üzerinde sana herhangi bir hak vermez.
Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde; kaçırılan son tarihler, cezalar, ücretler veya veri kaybı dahil dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun gibi emredici mevzuattan doğan haklarını sınırlamaz.
Değişiklikler
Uygulama geliştikçe bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Yukarıdaki tarih en güncel sürümü gösterir; değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen güncel koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
